Technology Changes.
Good Business Principles Don't.
I've spent my career helping people and businesses make sense of change — from the early Internet era to today's AI conversation. My focus is simple: use technology where it helps, and keep people at the center where they matter most.
A practical perspective shaped by real business experience.
Long before AI became part of everyday business conversation, I was helping people and businesses navigate another major shift: the Internet.
In the 1990s and early 2000s, my work included helping launch Internet service, providing technical support, teaching adults how to use computers, and working in our family's publishing and printing businesses.
That experience taught me something I've carried throughout my career: new technology only creates value when people understand it and when it actually helps the business.
Since then, my career has taken me through business ownership, sales, customer service, procurement, logistics, corporate operations and training. I've seen business from both sides — as an owner responsible for making things work and as an employee working inside larger organizations and systems.
That's why I created The AI Pivot Group.
My goal isn't to convince businesses to use more AI. It's to help them make better decisions about where technology can help, where it can't, and where people should remain at the center.
Better business decisions — with people still at the center.
The AI Pivot Group was created around a simple belief: businesses shouldn't have to choose between embracing new technology and protecting the human relationships that help them succeed.
